the reason I chose to try this was because I had heard rave reviews on it, it won some beauty awards for "being the best", but more so because I have used their other products (Aveeno Positively Radiant which is outstanding) before and had no reason to believe this product would be any different..
you know you tend to judge a shamp/cond by how your hair feels after you used it the first time.. either your hair feels fantastic, it didn't do anything, or it did something negative (ie, dried it out, felt greasy, like you didn't wash it at all)
I fall into it dried my hair so badly my hair is still recovering. (I bought the shamp/cond and leave-in) It reminds me of White Rain because until Aveeno that is the only shamp/cond that dried it out like that.
On the off chance that it was just my hair being picky and fragile, I gave it to my fourteen year old daughter to try and it also dried out her hair terribly.
I really wish I had been one of those people who could rant about how wonderful this product is but I personally can't recommend or endorse this one

I have tried SOOOO many different products over the years, and this is the shampoo and conditioner that has tamed my incredibly thick, frizzy hair. I've used everything from Its A 10, to Paul Mitchell. My hair would still be dry and a huge damaged mess. First time i used this, my hair dried straight and smooth, literally has not been this soft and healthy in years. GREAT BUY :) super cheap too, compared to $20 bottle of the misleading 'top shelf' hair care.
